We’ve now submitted our planning application to Ashford Borough Council, which you can view on the Council’s planning register under reference PA/2025/1201. Thank you to everyone who shared feedback at the public exhibition and during the consultation. We’ve listened carefully and made a number of changes to improve the proposal. The key updates are outlined below:

• The updated proposal now features a one-way traffic system, designed to be less disruptive by dividing vehicle movements into two separate flows.
